Description
Boost your handstand skills, focusing on strength and balance. This class delves into free-balancing, press handstands, and incorporates drills aimed at enhancing core and shoulder strength. Half the class time will focus on acro and hand-to-hand balancing, and each week we will alternate between starting with handstand training or starting with acro. Some prior gymnastics or handstand experience is beneficial, but all ability levels are encouraged to inquire about the class.
